Downtown Tampa's Water Street is soon to be the location of over a dozen new buildings, which will include luxury condos, apartments, and office spaces. Additionally there will be a new Morsani College of Medicine building for the University of South Florida.
The Vinik-Cascade group plans to break ground on the new developments early next year, and one of the major goals of the project is to enhance the walkability of Downtown Tampa. The elegantly crafted video the team rolled out this week shows the dramatic changes you can look forward to in the downtown-Channelside region of the city. It truly is an exciting time to be a member of the Tampa Bay community.
